  Spinoso Management Group is a fast-growing national mall management firm, specializing in Enclosed Shopping Malls and Large-Scale Retail Properties. We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Crossroads Center Mall.

  This dynamic entry-level position consists of ensuring building and equipment compliance with State and Federal regulations; ensure timely execution of repairs and maintenance; maintain a high standard of building and property appearance/maintenance; execute a preventative maintenance program focused upon minimization of equipment/building breakdown and repair/replacement expense.

  To accomplish this, the Maintenance Technician has the following responsibilities:

  • Central Plant operations/boiler chillers/pumps
  • Air handler maintenance/troubleshooting/pneumatic controls
  • Snow removal/plow truck/shoveling
  • Lawn care/mowing/pruning/weed control
  • Minor electrical/lighting repair
  • Minor plumbing
  • Painting
  • Basic carpentry/drywall repair/door closers/floor tiles
  • Equipment/vehicle maintenance
  • Operate electric lifts up to 45’
  • Other assignments as assigned.

  A minimum of High school/GED and two years work experience in maintenance is required.  HVAC experience, education in this field preferred but not required.   Must demonstrate proficiency with most commonly used hand tools and power tools: hammers, screwdrivers, pliers, saws, drill, circular saw, etc. Must be able to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions, have a valid driver’s license, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, have the ability to lift 50lbs, and be able to climb stairs/ladders/stoop/bend.

  Replenishment duties:

  • Pick up product at UPS hub

  • Load product in machine

  • Process returns at UPS when necessary

  First Line Service responsibilities:

  • Be available to respond to down system, emergency calls within a 4 hour window, between the hours of 8:30 am and 6 pm only. This requires schedule flexibility and is not suited for those currently employed full-time between those hours.

  • Ability to perform light technical work such as rebooting computer, maneuvering through the computer service menu and troubleshooting technical issues.

  • Comfort level with using small tools such as screwdrivers to make minor mechanical adjustments when needed.

  Special Information:
