Key Responsibilities:
- Provides assistance to the Store Manager. In addition acts in the capacity of the store sales manager in their absence. In directing and leading the store to achieve the stores objectivies with regards to sales and profit, team staffing, training, development and preformance management.
Skills & Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year retail management expericene. Demonstrates personal style and knowledge of fashion trends. Must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or GED equivalant.
Demonstrates excellent leadership, time management and customer service skills. Have a good attitude and a team player. Flexible and adaptive to change, challenges, job duties and work schedules. Store management skills and ability to shift priorities as needed
